Our program is designed to set you up for success. It is structured as follows:
Before we allow any new MANAGER to take on the responsibility of managing a new branch on our behalf, we ensure they undergo the right theoretical and practical training. One common mistake many companies make is believing that "knowledge is power." But in reality, knowledge is not power; it is potential power. Knowledge, by itself, is simply unutilized information.
Consider Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time, with 28 medals—more than 66 countries combined. His achievements are truly extraordinary. However, his success wasn’t achieved by merely reading books or listening to podcasts on “how to swim.” His record-breaking success was driven by applying the knowledge he gained through relentless practice and refining his technique. Phelps didn’t just absorb the theory of swimming; he immersed himself in the foundations and, more importantly, put that knowledge into action, improving with every training session. His victories were not solely due to knowing what to do but were a result of his consistent execution.
This is how we see it: Knowledge is potential power. It gives you the ability to surpass your current state, but on its own, it’s just information. It’s the application of that knowledge that creates real impact.
That’s why our 12-month MANAGEMENT, sales, and marketing training program focuses on both theory and action. We know that success comes not just from understanding concepts, but from actively applying them in real-world situations.
Our program is broken up over 3 phases of 4 months each

1st Phase
To measure the communication skills of our potential candidates. This is achieved on both a practical and theoretical basis, which is explained in-depth in our final interview stage.

2nd Phase
Is to measure the candidate’s leadership skills as displayed in how he manages consultants whom we have hired for the specific team leader.

3rd Phase
We teach more on the internal running of the business. Areas such as IT, internal flow of information, stock controls, and the ability to hire potential staff. The candidate will have enough knowledge, both theoretically and practically, to manage one of our new branches.
Now only we can open a branch, as the candidate has completed the 12-month program, the person also have proven they can MANAGE, and by this time the company also have TRUST in you. REMEMBER we promote ON MERIT. You determine your timeframe to get into MANAGEMENT, depending on your career-path experience, effort, and how well you learn. This could be anywhere from 7 to 12 months. The above are merely broad strokes to achieve a WIN-WIN and there are far more details in all aspects, which are fully explained in person to each candidate during the final interview stage.

We reach out to customers who have experienced a significant decline in their quality of life, and unfortunately, in some cases, it's too late for our technology to make a meaningful difference.
We also reach out to customers who take their health for granted. What saddens us the most is seeing how people prioritize things like a new car, a bigger house, more money, or overseas trips, while neglecting their health. On the other hand, there are those whose greatest wish is simply to regain their quality of life—to walk again without pain and live without limitations.

It’s heartbreaking to see individuals with immense potential fail simply due to a lack of effort. They crave the high life but aren’t willing to make the short-term sacrifices necessary to achieve it.
